Emmerdale 'exit' as fans plead for character to be 'killed off' after newcomer arrives
Emmerdale's Mandy Dingle was left heartbroken following Tuesday night's instalment after her boyfriend Paddy Kirk shouted at her in front of his work colleagues.
Emmerdale: Mandy argues with Paddy after he yells at her
Emmerdale fans seem to think an exit could be on the cards following Tuesday night's drama-filled episode. Not only has Chas Dingle (played by Lucy Pargeter) sparked health fears after she found a lump on her breast, but her ex-husband Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) discovered she had a one-night stand with his housemate Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson).
Things also took a turn for the worse when Paddy failed to tell his work colleague Jules (Wayne Cater) that Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) was his girlfriend. However, after newcomer Ella (Paula Lane) poured a drink on Jules' head, Paddy assumed it was Mandy who had caused the scene - not Ella.
This led to the vet shouting at his girlfriend in front of the entire cafe and Mandy ended up storming off, but could his comments end up tearing the pair apart?
As Jules walked out of the cafe, Paddy asked Mandy: "What have you done? Could I not leave you alone for two minutes?"
Mandy tried to explain what had happened, but Paddy shouted: "Save it! I don't want to hear it. You always have to kick off like an old washer woman."

Mandy looked mortified as she repeated: "An old washerwoman, that's what I am, is it?"
As Dawn (Olivia Bromley) tried to intervene, Paddy fumed: "Don't try and defend her, it was out of order."
"It wasn't Mandy," Dawn hit back as newcomer Ella replied: "It was me."
Meanwhile, Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) broke down in tears as she tried to convince Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) to speak with his daughter Cathy (Gabrielle Dowling) following Heath's (Sebastian Dowling) death.
Following the episode, fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter to share their thoughts and theories about what could happen next.
